Privacy Policy
Tenobet processes personal information in order to run a licensed gaming service, meet regulatory duties and protect customers from fraud. The sections below describe what is collected, the lawful grounds relied upon and the choices available to you.
Categories of information collected
Identity and contact details are gathered at registration: full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. Copies of identification documents and proof of address are requested where verification obligations apply.
Transactional records cover deposits, withdrawals, payment instrument details in truncated form, wagering history, bonus participation and balance movements. These records are generated automatically as you use the platform.
Technical information is captured by our servers, including IP address, device model, operating system, browser fingerprint, referring page and timestamps of each session. Correspondence with our support team, including chat transcripts and recorded calls, is stored alongside your file.
Purposes and lawful basis
Contract performance covers account creation, processing of stakes and payouts, and delivery of the services you have asked for. Without this information we are unable to open or maintain an account.
Legal obligation covers anti-money-laundering screening, sanctions checks, age verification and record retention required by the Anjouan Gaming Authority under licence ALSI-202409012-FI1.
Legitimate interests cover fraud detection, network security, collusion analysis, dispute handling and the improvement of site performance. Consent is relied upon separately for marketing communications and for non-essential cookies, and either may be withdrawn at any time.
Disclosure to third parties
Payment institutions, identity verification bureaux, game studios supplying content, cloud hosting providers and analytics vendors process data on our instructions under written agreements that restrict use to the purposes we specify.
Regulators, law enforcement and courts may receive information where we are compelled to disclose it or where disclosure is necessary to investigate suspected criminal activity.
Tenobet does not sell personal data, does not trade contact lists, and does not permit our processors to reuse customer records for their own commercial purposes.
International transfers and security
Some processors operate outside the United Kingdom. Where that is the case, transfers are supported by adequacy decisions or by standard contractual clauses accompanied by a transfer risk assessment.
Transport-layer encryption protects data in transit, stored credentials are hashed with a salted algorithm, and access to production databases is limited to named personnel operating under multi-factor authentication.
Suspected breaches are investigated immediately. Where a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we notify the competent authority and, where required, the affected customers.
Retention and your rights
Account and transaction records are kept for the period mandated by gaming and financial legislation, commonly five years from account closure, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Marketing preferences are retained until you object.
You may request a copy of your data, ask for inaccurate entries to be corrected, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request erasure where no overriding obligation applies, or receive your data in a portable format.
Requests are answered within one calendar month. We may extend this by two further months for complex cases and will tell you if we do. Identity confirmation is required before any request is actioned. Self-exclusion records cannot be erased on request, since retaining them is what makes the exclusion effective.
