Terms and Conditions
These conditions form the agreement between you and the operator of Tenobet and apply from the moment an account is opened. Registering, depositing or placing a wager confirms that you have read them and accept them in full.
Licensing and scope
Tenobet operates under licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 granted by the Anjouan Gaming Authority. All gaming activity offered on the site is conducted under that authorisation.
Access is prohibited from any territory where remote gambling is unlawful or where our licence does not extend. Customers carry sole responsibility for establishing whether participation is permitted where they are located, and we may block access by jurisdiction without prior notice.
Amendments to these conditions are published on this page with a revised date. Material changes are notified by email at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
Accounts, verification and dormancy
One account per person, household, IP address and payment method is permitted. Duplicate registrations are closed and any balance accrued on the secondary profile may be forfeited.
You must supply accurate registration details and update them when they change. We are entitled to request identification, proof of address and evidence of source of funds at any stage, and to suspend withdrawals until those checks are satisfied.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months are treated as dormant. We will attempt to contact you at the registered address before applying any administrative charge permitted by our licence, and no charge is applied to a zero balance.
Deposits, wagering and withdrawals
Funds may only be deposited from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned, and any winnings generated from them may be voided.
Withdrawals are paid back to the original deposit method wherever the payment scheme allows. Requests are reviewed within the timeframe published in the banking section and may be delayed while verification or anti-money-laundering enquiries are completed.
Player funds are held separately from operational accounts. Tenobet does not offer credit, and stakes cannot be placed against an unfunded balance.
Bonuses, promotions and fair play
Every promotion carries its own terms covering qualifying deposit, wagering multiple, maximum stake while a bonus is active, game weightings and expiry. Where promotion-specific terms differ from this page, the promotion terms govern that offer.
Bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging, coordinated play between linked accounts, deliberate breach of maximum stake rules and the use of automated software — results in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories. Malfunction voids all plays and pays, and a round affected by a technical fault is settled at the position recorded on our servers, which is the definitive record.
Liability, complaints and governing law
Tenobet is not liable for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party game providers, scheduled maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the wagers concerned.
Complaints should first be raised with our support team, who will issue a written response within a defined period. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the case may be escalated to our compliance department and thereafter to the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the licence under which Tenobet operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you as a resident of the United Kingdom.
